This is a hand made ceramic bas-relief pencil trim. It suggests or mimics the top rim of a Nantucket Lightship Basket. Shown here in blue, natural, bright white and antique crackle, it also comes in a myriad of custom colors. It is most often used with the basket weave field tile, but is a perfect element for a border or an edging/framing piece.
